seems to just be related to the availability of the lead girl. They want her and there are scheduling conflicts, so it doesn’t sound like trouble really. I suppose they could cast somebody else and stay right on track.

no no. There is just a scheduling issue with the actress they want. They could hire somebody else and stay on schedule but they want her. None of this stuff is bad, they're just making sure they get what they want.
