Assuming of course his beloved Vanessa didn't get dusted. I don’t think so. He wanted to control and manipulate. I don’t think genocide would have been something he’d be for, although I’m sure he be fine taking advantage of it.

I don’t think genocide would have been something he’d be for, although I’m sure he be fine taking advantage of it. I could see him being ok with it if he knew it would give him a significant edge. It could be a faster means to give him complete control and for him to "cleanse the corruption".

He couldnt care less as long as he and Vanessa arent dusted. Might be a nuissance or an opportunity but either way, he would come out fine
