I've only seen the first episode so far but it's going to be epic. We can use this thread to discuss but please use the spoiler function.

It's not gotten good reviews. John Campea says it's a chore. I didn't like the first season. Not looking forward to it.

I have two episodes left, and I've enjoyed it more than I did S1 (which I liked a lot). A little more action this time around, and it really does a good job of connecting to the other Netflix shows, especially Iron Fist. Alfre Woodard is really fun in this, she's "half off the rails" and pretty unhinged. Interesting stories for the supporting characters as well.

I finished it yesterday, and I have to say, I enjoyed it on many levels. I have a suspicion, and I freely admit that it may be unwarranted, that Luke Cage S2 is just too black for some audiences and reviewers. Grace Randolph couldn't even be bothered to watch it - at all. She said it was "more of the same." The majestic portrayal of African people in Black Panther was "fabulous," to her but, the street-level plight of immigrant communities in Harlem isn't worth watching because those people aren't walking around Harlem in flamboyantly-colored dashikis. Again, I admit I may be barking up the wrong tree. In any event, when you get to the grow-house scene in "that" episode, you'll find that it makes an astonishing case for a Power Man and Iron Fist miniseries. I was impressed by the level of teamwork, coordination, and comradery the two men brought to the table. Coulter and Finn have genuine chemistry. At one point in the episode, Luke sizes up a formidable opposing force the two will have to face in combat. Danny looks his partner in the eyes and defiantly asks, "Do I look fazed?" At that moment you know you are dealing with an all-new iteration of the Immortal Iron Fist --- bravo. More thoughts to come soon as I continue to process but, I give this season a solid A-. taylorfirst1 Spike Del Rey miike80 WeirdRaptor @wellibers

I'm also annoyed that a series taking place in Harlem that covers real issues happening there is just too real for some viewers.

I finally finished season 2. It was excellent. My favorite characters besides Luke are Misty Knight and Shades. Now I can watch GLOW season 2.

Im on episode 12 and my God, this is awesome. Absolutely loved the team up episode in the warehouse.
I think Luke Cage season 2 elevates the series to the level of Daredevil and thats meant as a compliment.
I will finish it tonight and immediately start Iron Fist season 2
