Why is the animation a bit choppy and clunky? It feels unfinished. And Hellfire Gala? ...No.

Why the character changes? A lighter take on Morph makes no sense given the events of the original show.

I like the they tried to keep the animation as close as possible to the original. Not thrilled about the little changes they made to the characters, but its minor. Need to see the first full episode to really know if they managed to keep the chemistry and team dynamic of the original series the same, thats the most important feature.

I have actually heard a rumor that the new series will not touch upon Magneto's origins at all, not even coming up in conversation. The decision was not because it didn't serve the storytelling, but because they had to follow guidelines.

I heard a rumor some time ago that the series, on the whole, is "just fine." It is neither the return most fans are looking for, but not the disaster as they would worry about. The adjustments to come across as being contemporary (you know what I am getting at) despite the 1990's setting are off to get a reaction out of people and to bring attention to the product. It matters not at the end of the day how loud the opposition is, Disney sees it as a cause-and-effect where if one side gets loud, they can make their product appear like a must for culture and get the other side to watch without hesitation, and if the opposition try to make waves on social media by video or text-based posts, even better because it gives them free marketing.

Even although this approach keeps failing spectacularly to actually make anyone money.

This is why I boycott shit like this. It takes something beloved by many from the past, 'updates it for modern audiences' (which is code for screws it up royally) and have basically used people's nostalgia for the original to suck them into this new bastardized version.
