Yeah Ive finished it. It becomes better after the first 3 eps, first ep has a weird start. Overall it's ok, first season is still better. Villain is underwhelming. Billy Russo has some great parts but also some bad parts (writing, actor is awesome). Frank as usual was greatly depicted by his actor. Action was good, although one scene was questionable. 2 new additions were so-so, excluding villain. They kinda dropped the ball with the writing this season. Curious about others' thoughts Interesting, I actually really thought the first 3 episodes were strong and then after that I thought it couldn't make up it's mind which plot thread was most important, but I enjoyed how they wrapped it up in the last episode. Overall still good, I was just confused about the two main plots and wondering how they were going to end up having anything to do with each other. Turns out, they didn't lol. I think the reason I loved the first 3 eps a ton was I love the idea of Frank being out. I think traveling the country myself a lot, I really felt the idea of being in some random town out west pretty strongly. |

Did anyone catch the scratched out HYDRA symbol on one car towards the end of episode nine? In the area the trailer is in. I did not, but nice catch! I'll scroll back through and look for that. |

I finally finished the season. Overall, very good. The action (which is the most important part) was top notch. The acting and the whole cast was great. The story was a little weak and muddled, at some points I didn't even bother trying to follow it. There were some excellent and emotional scenes. The final scene was stand-up an applaud fantastic! I just finished it tonight and I think I agree with this pretty spot on. Strong action, the story seemed to stretch a bit, as in I felt like Billy and the Dr chick had the same conversation about 10 times, but like you the way they hit the final episode strong really made me feel good about the whole season.
WTF was that scene at the end though where he just blows away a couple of punk street gangs? lol. Loved how he just accepted his job was being the Punisher. Great shit
