The problem with reviews on Netflix shows is that they are based on the first few episodes. And the best part of Iron Fist was the second half. That hurt the reviews quite a bit and thus the Rotten Tomatoe score.

Of the Defenders it was going to be the hardest to "ground". IF is not really that grounded, just the setting, but he is constantly involved with mystical elemnts, wich to be fair were address in the series but not in a your face way, while I think he deserves a in your face approach. Bottom line: I wanto to see the freaking Dragon LOL

Danny needed to be more confident.

I'd like to also point out that there was a definite improvement in Danny's fight scenes in Defenders as compared to Ironfist. That makes me hopeful that he'll look way more believable as a fighter in S2.

I don't know what the budget is for s2 - I guess it depends on how well s1 final numbers were = but delving into the mythos will definitely pique interest in the show.

At least they did with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D to become one of if not the best show with SH (I don't say a SH show because it isn't, more of a sci-fi thing) And yes one is on Netflix and the other on ABC but they are both produced by ABC I think, Netflix is just the vessel.

Yes, that's why I think do as Game Of Thrones did reduce the number of episodes so they can have more money per episode. Those Dragons don't come cheap

I actually preferred Danny's choreography in Defenders over Matt's. He moved a lot better. Whether that was the actor or the stuntman I don't know, but I found the end product appealing.

More martial arts, no board meetings. Make it like Game of Death.
