My guess is that the shapeshifter is going to be Jazinda since the skrulls are already established in the MCU. Plus the character has history with She-Hulk.
But I guarantee you that the internet is going to expect Mystique.

I am loving the idea of these seemingly smaller shows like She-Hulk and Hawkeye which we’re not expecting the same massive plot developments from as we have from WV and FATWS. Not that there won’t be any, but it feels more relaxing going in, and I like that.
