If they never plan to show the human Jennifer Walters, a larger actress would be okay but, they’d lose the flexibility to have her revert to a smaller version of herself per the comic books.
A few villains have found clever ways to imprison She-Hulk in traps where leverage, and not strength, is the key to escaping. In those instances, she has begrudgingly reverted to Walters and simply slid out of said trap.
They could reverse CG a larger actress like they did with Chris Evans in the First Avenger if they really want a muscle bound woman in the role.

That helps a lot though!!!

That helps a lot though!!! She-Hulk differs from her male counterpart in several unique ways. She embraces her power instead of seeing it as a curse --- almost to the point where one could surmise that Jennifer Walters hates her human side and has severe issues with low self esteem. She retains her intelligence when transformed. She can change back and forth at will. Back in the 90s, noted Hulk scribe, Peter David, theorized that there were psychological ramifications to transformations that occurred in humans via exposure to high doses of gamma radiation. Bruce Banner was a deeply repressed individual who could not express his emotions, and the Hulk is the living embodiment of that repression. Doc Samson had subconsciously always wanted to be a superhero before being exposed to gamma rays and he became the nearest equivalent. Jennifer Walters had low self esteem issues and felt underappreciated and invisible prior to becoming She-Hulk. It’s an interesting theory which I believe has merit.

What about Red Hulk re the theory? Or red she-hulk Ross is sadistic and intelligent... He's always wanted to have the power to stop the Hulk and inflict his will on others. Red Hulk sort of fits the bill... You may have to exclude him from the other gammas as his creation was intentional and directed. His creation wasn't an accident and Red Hulk unlocked his conscious potential instead of his unconscious desires.

Wow, look at that! Comic books have jokes! I thought they were all grim dark and ultra violent (sarcasm).

I'm starting to wonder if the She-Hulk is going to take Deadpool's place as the self-aware meta character of the MCU.
I'd hate to see She-Hulk turn into some half baked Ally McBeal rip-off. Who in god's name would sexually harass a 7' tall green woman who can lift 80 tons?
I'm thinking they should do a play on this classic intro for her show - with She-Hulk as narrator.

Didnt even imagine these actresses as these superheroes. Solid choices.
Charlize Theron as Cap Marvel. This is great
Lucy Lawless as She-hulk. She would be my first pick. There's also Kate Beckinsale and Garner which arent bad. Jessica Biel and Rose Byrne eh
