It looks okay but, I'm not the target demographic (teen/YA). That said, the tone feels more adult than the Flash. Hopefully we won't get a fake stand-in for Starbucks that serves drinks named after super villains. I'm also hoping this show isn't planning to wear its social politics on its sleeve. Black Lightning was a bit heavy-handed that way.

It won't have to try too hard to be better than the CW DC shows. |

How many times can Black canary come back or Barry Alen change the timeline while going against a nother super fast villain..... arrrgh whilst defeating the villain of the week in the fillers... Say what you want about agents of SHield but repetetive it is not. |

So is everyone watching Cloak and Dagger? I'm enjoying it so far. I'm watching it. I'm neutral on it after four episodes. The show has the potential to be good but, it's not there yet. There is definitely room for improvement. I'm okay with the show not being about them using their powers every five seconds but, we still need to feel that the characters are making progress. I'm going to stick with it and see where it goes... So far, it's a slow burn. |
